Great tour today around Bourbon Street in the French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park through the Warehouse/Arts District out to the levee bank that collapsed during Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and through many suburbs showing the devastation of the floods. Out again now, more news tomorrow
